2015 Outreaches

Lu 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

Our goal at Lake Robinson Independent Baptist is to both reach others with the Good News. We want to help reach the world through Faith Promise Missions. We want to help those who are hurting in our own community. We have several ways we hope to help those in our own community.

1. By preaching and teaching of the Word of God.

2. Children's Church during Sunday Morning Worship. Preacher Jason Pope uses object lessons to teach bible truth to children prior to the morning sermon.

3. By community outreaches which include Gospel tracts.

4. Parenting conference and classes to help parents looking for biblical wisdom with their most important ministry; their children. Classes are led by Missionary Eddie Watford who has over a decade experience with helping youth.

5. Grief mentoring for those who have lost a loved one led by Missionary Henry Hatchell.

6.  Dealing with abuse classes. Biblical help for women who have endured abuse led by Prison Missionary Marie Hatchell who leads these classes in women's correctional facilities.
